| Carol's lovely 3 year old locs have beautiful silvery threads running thru them....her hairline is silver-gray..... Beautiful lady...beautiful smile.... she appears to be VERY serene......a very sweet lady.... Thanks Carol.... |
| Carol is hard at work on her SECOND set of locs, but for her it's hardly work!! She had her first set for 3 years also...from '83-'86! When I asked her what she twists her hair with she replied beeswax....but looking at her crown I could only smile....it's great...healthy... full...lovely......with NO visible buildup.... FANTASTIC!!...... She also uses aloe vera and other natural products... She has a very calm and serene glow about her...a natural diva in ANY setting..... Hey sis...if you want to take some glamour shots and do a loc chat, give me a call.....Thank you for the heads up boo, I probably would have freaked out...lol.... |
| Meet Carol ya'll....I ran into her leaving the movies....we had just seen "Barbershop"... I asked Carol if she would allow me to take her pictures, and she graciously did! I caught the sister totally off guard, she had her locs clipped to keep them out of her face.....Sorry boo, but you look beautiful regardless, aiight? |

| Gregs babylocs are doing great!! His wife twists them using a brown gel... ...the sister is getting down, because each loc is very tightly coiled and you can tell she does them with a lot of TLC.... Way to go sis....way to go Greg..... |
| I ran into Greg, a cute young brother, in the lobby of the theater also... and also caught HIM off guard....lol...he has had his babylocs for several months, and his wife maintains them for him.... The only thing I noticed about Gregs locs that may need some attention is a slight flakiness and a little buildup from the gel.....his scalp is great! |

| You can tell Greg is proud of his babylocs.... and I could clearly see they are going to grow like crazy and thrive!!! When Greg asked me if I do locs I told him I did....but he should continue to let his wife take care of them.....it's a GREAT bonding experience for couples...a chance to be up close and personal in these hustle bustle days with too little time..... Greg....if you can find a gel with no alcohol, use it....your babylocs are firm enough for a switch in products, and you won't have to deal with dryness, aiight boo???? Give me a holla if you want to take more pictures......Your babylocs are about done cookin'!!!.....GOOD for you...... Thanks boo!!!......Holla.... |

| You'll never catch this stylish brother sleeping! I ran into Larry in the mall on my way to the movies....he was buying shoes!...lol.. He has a couple of bright reddish-burgundy locs....((ya'll KNOW how obsessed daez is with ANY kind of red hair!!)))) |

| Larry was shoe shopping in the beautiful downtown Denver 16th Street Mall when I ran into him on my way to the movies.... When I approached him to take pictures... he was READY ya'll....lol.... His crown is maintained by Sly Johnson of Sly Salon ((he maintains Raymon's locs also!!))....and you can tell he has a lot of pride in his locs and his appearance period....very stylishly cool dude.....immaculately groomed..... He stressed to me he had been loced for 5 years and 7 months...I hear ya Larry...I claim all my months too....lol.... Larry...if you want to do a loc chat I'd appreciate it boo...give me a holla....and ya KNOW I would love to do a lot more pictures....The WWW would like to know more about your loc routine and YOU!
