| We have a saying here...."Denver is just TOO small".... and it truly fits in this situation.... I would like you to meet Mark...Mark used to work with my daughter Shawna (better known here as "Pooh")...this is the co-worker that she came home all excited about who had the beautiful locs....this is the man who pointed her in the direction of Sis Estella...the lady who used to do my "doo" with the dreaded beeswax....lol... Sooo....this is the man who inadvertently led me to my awful beeswax experience.... and he had NO idea what had happenend or of our strange connection....lol.... |
| I was driving down the street and saw Mark walking along...locs flowing....(((why is it men ALWAYS have the most luxurious crowns????......sigh....)))anyway...I quickly pulled over and jumped out the car with my camera in hand...lol....I introduced myself to Mark and told him about my website.... Then I asked him if I could take his pictures and feature him on my site.....and he graciously agreed...at first he didn't want to take the pictures on the spot....but you know me...I convinced him that if he didn't like the pictures that came out of my digital...I would delete them immediately in front of him and wait.....so he graciously agreed....THANK YOU...Mark!!....you are looking GOOD... my brother!!!!! |
| Okay....so let me tell you about Mark's locs....I immediately gave them an inspection because....well...because I ALWAYS check out other peoples locs....but more than anything I wanted to make sure he didn't have any lint or gooey product in his locs that would keep his beautiful pictures from being featured here....and I found none!.... As I took his pictures I asked him about what products he uses...and he informed me Estella does his maintaince.... That's when everything fell into place...Mark...locs....Estella.....THiS was the man!!!....lol.....so I say again....Denver is just TOO small!!!.....but today I am glad it is...lol.... |

| His crown is IMMACULATELY groomed!!!...each loc is strong at the root...full bodied and beautifully textured...and the brother looks GOOD...aiight!!...very cute smile with a VERY deep....sweet voice......yes....yes...dirty ol' lady daez....what can I say....lol.... |
| Mark has his maintaince done by Estella...and I have to tell you...she's doing a BEAUTIFUL job!!....She is now making her own loc product....I don't know what it is...but I CAN tell ya'll....it's working!....there is no lint in his locs....he said he needed to get them done but I sure couldn't tell it! I know what Estella's basic maintaince is from experience...she shampoos your hair like 3 times very thoroughly....she applies her new product...and she palmrolls your locs.....simple as that!!.... Mark and I are going to sit down and have a chat in the next few weeks.... Thanks boo....for letting me take a little of your time....and your pictures....and Pooh says hi.....lol..... Thank you God for giving me another day of life....Amen..... |
