Denver.....Locs Around Town VI
I don't get out of the house a lot...but the last couple of days I've been hitting the streets handling my business...A lot of times I've seen beautiful locs while driving down the street and not been in a position to get to the people...so I have decided for 2003 I shall NOT pass a head of locs without giving it a shot, traffic or not....lol.....these a my first drive-by photo ops of 2003...

I met this sweet young brother at the bank!  I was actually in the drive-up line and saw him as he walked in...I lined myself up to be right at the door when he walked out and VOILA!!  A drive-by....Meet Joshua...lol....
Each one of Joshua's locs is the same size, same width and perfectly tightened!!  I was amazed when he told me he did the whole thing by himself!!...

I noticed a LOT of lint trapped in them, but no actual build up...which is great!  I had to fight the urge to sit there in the ride and start picking the lint out, but it actually doesn't detract from the beauty of this very nice young man!....
Joshua..do me a favor boo...ask your girl or your mom to just get the bits of lint on the ends aiight...your locs are flawless except for that!!

Joshua has been using black beeswax as well...but he said his mom recently bought him some "all  natural green stuff" to use on them...
MEN...can't live without em!!
Joshua, thank you for stopping on a busy morning at the bank to take a few pictures for the website....you shine and your spirit does too...and you're a cutie....hope I see you at the Hair Day!!...and email me...lol...

((((HUGS))))
Thank you God for giving me another day of life....AMEN.....

Thank you Scott for stopping your walk to take pictures for me...and especially thank you for letting your locs flow....you are a gentle man and I appreciate it boo...
I hope I see you at Hair Day...and give me a call if you want to do a loc chat, aiight.....(((HUGS)))
Scott was a TRUE drive-by photo op.  I spotted him walking briskly down the street but I was across a divide and on the opposite SIDE of the street going in the opposite direction....I turned the car around and quickly drove the three blocks to get back to where he was....he was sooo sweet to stop and take pictures for me.....
When I stopped Scott he had his locs wrapped up in a bun...so imagine my delight when he took them down for me to photograph them!!  His locs tumbled down his shoulders and ALMOST to his....er....behind....yeah....I was definetly enjoying the view from my father's van!!....

He just recently started using
Carol's Daughter Products on his locs...and this is an awesome crown to use them on!!....
