The Great Pretender
I've always tried to be as honest as possible as I've made this loc journey.  I posted some of these pictures at the loc groups with an explaination of why my locs were looking so wack!...lol...

I've exposed all of my errors and faults so as to warn others not to make the same mistakes.  This is the result of a combination of major ones...

Everybody says.."Oh daez, how cute"...but I know how they were looking compared to a few months before...You can clearly see how thin they have become, how unraveled the ends are, and how they just don't have the same appearance at all.

This is from the 17th or 19th month of my journey...somewhere around there.   I call these pictures "The Great Pretender", because I am pretending my confidence in them has not been shattered.  This is a lesson for all...

DO NOT CONDITION YOUR LOCS TOO SOON!

DO NOT TWIST ANY DIRECTION EXCEPT CLOCKWISE!

DO NOT ACQUIRE "HAND IN LOC DISEASE"!!

and DEFINETLY, DO NOT TWIST YOUR LOCS WHEN THEY ARE DRY!!!
