This is Wendy, my son Corey's Sister-in-Law... She lives in LA, and is as sweet as a breath of fresh air with her magnificent head of waist length 13 year old locs
Wendy is a lithe, wonderful dancer, owner of her own fabulous dance troupe!! I photographed her surrounded by flowers, because they pale compared to her!
She does little maintaince to her crown...just a little loc cream with a touch of shea butter in it...
She shampoos whenever she wants to...
She uses a little conditioner...that's it ya'll!
Can you imagine my joy when she came to town this month for a family reunion...cuz ya KNOW the first thing I did was ask to photograph her!
This is how I picture my locs when they grow up!
